The following vision for Safe Harbor Network is purely a dream, but at the same time, we can dare to believe that God can do great things in reaching hurting people if he so chooses.

We hope to provide various ministries at Safe Harbor Network. This is our vision and passion. Our R.E.S.T. ministry acronym stands for RECOVER, ENGAGE, SUSTAIN, TRANSFORM.
SHN Rest ministries will hopefully range from a ministry that concentrates on things like:
Drug Addiction
Counseling
Abusive authority recovery
Depression recovery
Alcoholic recovery
Marriage counseling
And so much more. We realize we are beginning with a humble starting point. But we have faith to believe all these ministries and more will develop. The question is, how?
SHN REST ministries will form in a variety of ways. Some of the leaders of SHN corporate may oversee a particular ministry. Different churches and/or ministries may oversee a branch of REST. However the Lord decides to develop this wonderful task of forming REST ministries within SHN, we want to network with you.
